My fortune in a fortune cookie this past weekend told me "You will soon find adventure by traveling over desert sands."
We were all shocked, because we'll be going over the desert when we fly to Windhoek in January!

Hey Tristan,
I was your Dad's assistant at UNL, but retired a year ago. I still keep up with my old 'family' from UNL tho and discovered you guys are going to Namibia! WOW! That will be a memory you will never forget. I'm looking forward to reading your blog. Hey that fortune cookie...pretty scarry... guess I should pay more attention to my fortune instead of just enjoying the cookie :-0
